I’ve found some nice pieces on One Block Down, and overall I think they do have a good selection. That said, the prices feel a little hit or miss to me. Some items seem fair enough if it’s something you really want, but others maybe feel more expensive than what I’ve seen at other shops. The sales definitely make a big difference, though. Without a discount, I’d probably think twice before ordering. Not a bad store by any means, just feels like it could be a bit better on pricing

I really like the quality and usually have an easy time finding stuff I want. My only gripe is that my size seems to sell out a lot, so my brain basically goes, “if you see it, grab it now.” Still good overall, just wish the sizing stayed in stock more often.

I ordered from oneblockdown and the item did show up in good condition, so no complaints there. But the shipping felt slower than I was expecting, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which drove me a little nuts. I don’t have a ton of patience for sitting around wondering where my order is. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not exactly quick or reassuring. I’d maybe order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of rush.

I had to exchange my shoes for a different size and, it went smoothly. Support got back to me within a couple of days, and the new pair showed up with no issues. I was a little worried at first, but everything worked out fine in the end. I’d order from them again

I can’t really comment on shipping or the actual item yet since it hasn’t arrived. The checkout process was okay, but not the smoothest. It slowed down at one point and made the whole thing feel like extra work for no real reason, which is always annoying when you’re just trying to buy something and move on. Giving it 3 stars for now. Nothing really went wrong, but nothing stood out either. I’ll see how it goes once the package actually shows up...

I ordered a tee the fabric felt super thin and kind of cheap right away. After just one wash, it already started losing its shape a bit!! For the price, I really expected way better quality. I definitely won’t be buying again

The box showed up completely crushed, and the shoes barely had any protection inside. I’m disappointed. I also tried getting an answer about it, but kept hearing different things from different people, which just made the whole thing more frustrating

I ordered from One Block Down mostly because they had a promo going, and compared to a few other sites, the price was a bit better. The discount did work, so that was nice, but I found some of the sale stuff a little confusing. Sizes seemed to disappear really fast, and not every code worked on every item, which made it feel less straightforward than other shops I’ve used. Shipping was fine, but nothing especially fast. Overall, I’d probably order again if the deal was clearly better than elsewhere, but I wouldn’t say their promos are always that impressive. For me, it’s a 3-star experience.

I guess the only thing was the wait... it took a couple of days to hear back, which isn’t awful, but if you’re trying to get a quick answer, it feels a little slow. Not gonna lie, my first time using the site was annoying. I tried to buy a pair of shoes, but the checkout kept acting up. The payment page loaded really slowly, and after I entered all my details, it just gave me an error. I tried again, but it still didn’t explain what was wrong. I ended up giving up in the end.
